I offer integrative therapy which combines different counselling models and skills to help clients face and understand their presenting problems. Using an integrative model enables you to explore problems emanating from affective, cognitive, behavioural and physiological problem areas. This can be explained as feelings/ emotional, thoughts, actions, biological respectively. Integrative therapy helps to fill in developmental gaps that affect your development in many ways.
The integrative model is a holistic in a sense that is flexible and helpful in tackling a wide variety of difficulties and incorporated into many different kinds of presenting problems such as working with adults, children, couples. This model is suitable for managing low self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders and many many more. Your role is an active one whereby you tell me about your problems and I will judge which evidence-based approach is suitable for you based on your difficulties, your personality type, your needs physical attributes and beliefs.
