The Benefits of Coaching

Coaching will enable the you to find answers from within yourself based on your values, preferences and unique perspective.

It is only when the you understand the results of specific behaviours that the process of change to affect a different set of results is possible. Let’s look at an example of when you may need a coach. Not everyone is happy in their job in fact, many whom I have spoken to are dissatisfied with their jobs. I have worked with many who pass the interview stage but find it difficult when taken on the job and worry about how they will cope. We will work together to develop skills and strategies to help you work towards achieving our goals consistent with your values and needs. You will be asked to undertake weekly tasks between the sessions with a new to helping you act to enrich your life. We will work together to help you stay focussed and develop resilience which will help you move forward and remove the blocks in your life. This will free you from the repetitive and unhelpful thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck in the past.
